Weichert Workforce Mobility Earns Highest Industry Ratings for Technology, Willingness to Recommend 11.7.2018

MORRIS PLAINS, NJ, November 6, 2018 – Weichert Workforce Mobility, one of the world’s leading providers of global relocation solutions, received its industry’s highest ratings in a number of critical categories in the Seventeenth Annual Relocation Managers Survey. Conducted by Trippel Survey & Research, this survey is the only industry-wide evaluation to rank the quality of relocation services based on input from managers of corporate programs.

For the fifth consecutive year, Weichert earned the highest “net satisfaction” rating among its largest competitors. According to Alan Trippel, founder of Trippel Survey & Research and architect of the survey, “net satisfaction is the strongest and most accurate indicator of service quality, as it reflects the number of a company’s promoters minus the detractors to identify the company with the highest rate of exceptional performance among its employees.”

Additionally, Weichert outranked all competitors in the category “willingness to recommend,” perhaps the strongest indicator of service satisfaction and customer loyalty.

“We consider the number of clients who are enthusiastic enough to refer Weichert to their peers a testament to the value we add to their programs and how successful we make them in their jobs,” said Dave Bencivengo, President of Weichert Workforce Mobility. “Such positive word-of-mouth is something we work tirelessly to earn and will never take for granted.”

Weichert also earned the industry’s highest rating for technology, reflecting the company’s continued investment in tools and apps that streamline and simplify relocation.

“Technology is another, increasingly important way we deliver Legendary Service to our clients and mobile employees,” explained Vicki Lander, Weichert’s Executive Vice President. “We’re proud to see our technology solutions ranked highest in our industry and believe clients will be further impressed with the enhancements we have planned for the next release of our MyWIN system in early 2019.”

In other categories, Weichert outranked all competitors in billing and integrity, while outranking its largest competitors in account management, value, culture, service recovery, disbursements (timely and accurate payments to relocating employees) and team performance.

“While results such as these are a great source of pride for our company, they also help clients feel more confident about choosing us,” said Bencivengo. “Outstanding rankings in industry surveys such as this confirm that our colleagues are not only providing Legendary Service to relocating employees, but also to corporate managers who experience improved partnerships, better performance and heightened engagement across their mobile workforce.”
